1. Cancellation by Customer

More than 24 hours before service:

Full refund, no cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours before service:

50% refund. Late cancellation fee applies.

Same day cancellation:

No refund. Full charge applies.

No-show by cleaner:

Full refund or free reschedule.

2. Rescheduling

You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Service Quality Issues

If you're not satisfied with the service quality, please report the issue within 24 hours. We'll investigate and may offer a partial refund, re-cleaning, or credit.
