These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MyBellon Cleaning services. By booking a cleaning service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
MyBellon Cleaning provides professional cleaning services through vetted cleaners. Services include but are not limited to:
- Regular home cleaning
- Deep/spring cleaning
- End of tenancy cleaning
- Office cleaning
- Airbnb/short-let turnover cleaning
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website. Payment is required in advance via our secure payment system. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information
- Ensuring cleaners have safe access to the property
- Securing pets and valuables before the cleaning
- Reporting any issues within 24 hours of service completion
6. Limitation of Liability
MyBellon Cleaning and our cleaners are fully insured. However, we are not liable for damage to items not disclosed before cleaning or damage caused by pre-existing conditions.
